I was fortunate to be able to try this wonderful spa. The young lady that gave us a tour and what to expect was wonderful. It was so relaxing and I felt this calmness for several days afterward. I will be visiting again soon. It's a great place to take care of you.

I try to float once a month on the 11th for the FREE Veteran Float that they offer!!! Don't forget to tip the workers though!!! The oxygen bar, tea & water are wonderful to indulge in afterwards for a full self~care experience 💜

First time here and will be back! I received a gift card for an hour float. When I called asking about the gift card and the process of the float, the girl on the phone was so pleasant. She answered all my questions and I booked a float! When float day arrived, I was greeted by two ladies working as I entered the business. The place is very clean, calm and inviting. I was walked through the float process...and then I floated. They have toiletries and hair dryers afterwards if you need them. I finished by enjoying the oxygen bar. The whole process from start to finish was so refreshing and relaxing. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Great location! Spotless everywhere. The hour of floating is so blissful, you must try it. The benefits for your skin and body only build and get better each time. Will definitely become a member to float often!

This is such a unique relaxing experience! You get to be in total darkness or calming lights, silence or soothing music or music of your choice! The water is always perfect temperature and the staff is super nice. I sleep sooo good after I come here - and I recover quicker if I come here after a hard workout. The oxygen bar and hot tea afterwards adds to the experience. Love True Rest!

My 1st time floating and it was an awesome experience!!! I highly recommend trying it out at least once or twice. I was able to call and book an appointment 2 hours before my float. They were very accommodating. The price is beyond reasonable equivalent to what you would pay for an hour massage. They also have an oxygen bar which I used at the end of my stay. I will definitely be returning. Tasha was my host and she did great explaining everything.

Had no idea what to expect, but this was AMAZING. Neck and shoulder stress that’s been unchangeable through massage therapy completely melted away on my first visit. Gifting True Rest for Christmas!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! You walk in and are immediately greeted by friendly, professional staff. If it’s your first time they explain everything in detail and are willing to answer any and all questions you have. I have been going for some years now and each time there is more added to the experience. The first time I went I fell asleep, the second and third times I was anxious about being in the pod. But I truly believe each of these floats has been necessary to truly appreciate what this place has to offer. It seems so simple but the benefits are tenfold. I say this because I know some people are skeptical about floating in a pod. Feeling weightless and all of the aches and pains melting away one by one, can’t beat it! PLUS an oxygen bar to complete the experience? Yes please!

What a unique experience! A warm cup of raspberry tea as they become you into a place of total relaxation. You shower in your own private room and enter your own pod of 10,000 lbs of saltwater. You float for 60 mins. It is not scary at all being in the pod, you have music and a soft glow of different colored lights. It's time to turn off all the thoughts and worries and just relax. After you are finished you can stay and enjoy a oxygen bar. Look it up, it feels amazing. You feel open and clear afterwards. A great experience, If I lived closer I would visit once a month!
